Training on a Treadmill
If you intend to practice the tests on a treadmill, it is recommended that you add a gradient/incline of 1 to 1.5% on treadmill settings for the entire duration of each practice test.
Repeated Sprint Ability
Men’s FIFA maximum 6.00 seconds per trial
Speed = 6.67 m/s or Treadmill Speed = 14.9 MPH
Men’s Provincial / Women’s FIFA maximum 6.40 seconds per trial
Speed = 6.25 m/s or Treadmill Speed = 14.0 MPH
Men’s Regional / Women’s Provincial maximum 6.60 seconds per trial
Speed = 6.06 m/s or Treadmill Speed = 13.6 MPH
