Fitness Test is coming up soon! Are you ready?

The Alberta Soccer Association fitness test is coming up soon. April 28 is the date published in the ASA Calendar for the Calgary area.

The beep test will be conducted for all district referees, Regional Upgrade Candidates, and Regional Referees. Provincial Upgrades Candidates and Provincial Referees will need to undertake the FIFA High-Intensity test.

You can start training for the Beep Test by using the Beep Test Audio file found in the Forms and Resources page of the CDSRA website!
