Part 2 will have a focus on Handball and Offside rules. In addition, the webinar will offer a general Q&A session with the participating panelists, covering all aspects of Refereeing and interpretation and enforcement of the Laws of Game. The session will feature insight and examples from some of Canada's most experienced referees including FIFA Instructor Michelle Pye, Canada Soccer FIFA Referees Carol Anne Chenard, Dave Gantar, Myriam Marcotte and Canada Soccer FIFA Assistant Referee Chris Wattam.
