George Hunter (1930-2022)

The CDSRA Executive is deeply saddened to share the passing of Lifetime Honourary Member George Hunter who we lost on November 8, 2022.

George was a national referee, instructor and assessor who played an instrumental role in the founding of the CDSRA in 1982 and was responsible for the CDSRA becoming a non-profit society under the Societies Act of Alberta. He served as the association's second ever President.

Our deepest condolences go to George's family, friends and colleagues at this sad time.
