We look forward to confirming our May session dates over the course of the next week as league schedules get finalized. In the meantime we have several important updates to share with you including:

2021/2022 Lawbook Order

We have launched a lawbook order for referees interested in getting their hands on a physical lawbook this season. The costs include the lawbook and shipping costs from IFAB. If you are interested please purchase your lawbook no later than 11:59PM on Sunday, April 24 via the CDSRA Web Store.

  • CDSRA Members $8.50

  • Non-CDSRA Members $9.50

Dates and locations for pick-up in Calgary and Edmonton will be communicated in due course once we receive the order. If you reside outside Calgary or Edmonton, you can place an order via our website, however you will be responsible for any additional Canada Post fees associated with us shipping your order to you.

CARD Sprint Fitness Training

CARD Calgary is hosting a sprint mechanics session this Sunday (April 24) at 9AM at Glenmore Athletic Park with Taylor Evernden of ORKA Performance. CDSRA Members that are interested in attending can indicate their interest through the following Google Form.


Please note that space may be limited and the CARD program will invite people on a priority list basis.


Out-of-Town Members - Partial Membership Refund

At the AGM on April 5, CDSRA members approved membership fees for 2022 including a new reduced fee for our adult out-of-town members of $35. If you are an adult member residing outside of the Calgary area (50 kilometers or more), you are eligible for a discount. Please complete the following Google Form.


Articles on CDSRA History - Now Available!

Thanks to our Vice-President, Steve Papp who has worked diligently in the past few months on putting together a fantastic article "Origins of the CDSRA" which is now available for members to read on our website. The last time the CDSRA published such an article was 23 years ago! You can also now read this on the same webpage.

CDSRA Executive Update After AGM

On behalf of the executive and membership we would like to thank Robert Eberdhart for his service to the CDSRA as an appointed director for 2021-2022 and would like to welcome Guy Napert-Frenette to the team. Your full 2022-2023 Executive can be found on our website.
