By purchasing a CDSRA membership you agree to the renewal of your membership on April 1st annually. To cancel your subscription you can login to the membership portal at anytime by visiting cdsra.org/portal. You will receive email notification 7 days prior to your membership renewal which will provide you with the option to cancel.

You are responsible in ensuring you remain eligible for your plan when your membership renews. The Executive has discretion to ask for documentation to ascertain your eligibility for the membership category to which you are subscribed.

All CDSRA members are responsible in ensuring that they are in compliance the Alberta Soccer Referee Code of Conduct which can be found at albertasoccer.com/referee/resources.

Any member may be removed from membership, for cause, at an executive meeting where the contraventions asserted against the member are heard and shall be notified by the executive of the right to be in attendance, and present testimony bearing upon the contravention asserted. A contravention includes, but is not limited to non- adherence to a clause in the Code of Membership Guidelines. A decision will be rendered upon a two-thirds vote of the executive in attendance. The removed member will be notified in writing of the decision within two weeks of said meeting.

By purchasing a membership you authorize the CDSRA to collect and use this information in order to advance the objectives and operations of the society.
